Pastor Daryl grew up in Waipahu, HI. He is a graduate of Waipahu High School and the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He has obtained an M.A. in Marital & Family Therapy and M.Div. in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a Master's of Apostolic Leadership and Practical Ministry from Wagner University.

 

Pastor Daryl has a passion for marriages and families and desires to see them strengthened, built up and impacting every area of society.  He believes that families are the nucleus of society and in order for our society to thrive, we need our families to thrive. Daryl longs to see generations of families knowing their identity in Christ, fulfilling their call and purpose, and leaving a legacy for the Kingdom of God.

 

Pastor Daryl began serving as the Senior Pastor of Excel Church in 2007, formerly Mililani Missionary Church. He and his wife, Claudie, have been happily married since 1984, and have three children, Micah, Christi-Ann & Charissa.

Pastor Claudie grew up in Ewa Beach, HI and is a graduate of James Campbell High School and the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

She is the office manager and a senior leader at Excel Church. Along with her husband, Pastor Daryl, she recently received her Master's of Apostolic Leadership and Practical Ministry from Wagner University.
