OUR STAFF

Mr. Dale is the director of Excel Church Preschool. Dale has been involved in the field of early childhood education in Hawaii for the past 30 years, starting as an instructor in both the elementary and preschool levels. Fifteen of those years have been in administration and for the last eight years, he has also been an instructor of early childhood professionals through the PATCH program. A past president of the HAEYC, Dale strongly believes that "children are a gift from the Lord; they are a reward from Him" (Psalm 127:3 NLT). His heart is to truly see the children of Hawaii grow to their fullest potential with a foundation based on the love of God.
